2009 is the worst year on economic on prediction. We must closely taking care all the money. It to be hard this year if we cannot controlling our financial. Now we must practice how to stabilize our financil to facing 2009 economic trends and also on future. It must be done due we cannot predict very well on the thing coming tous on future.
1) Try to find multiple income for a month – Do not stick your self only for one job. Yes maybe you have a good position on your company. But think about this ” is it your company?”. On the current economy trends right now anything can happen. You may loss your job, your business maybe down or else. So if got multiple income, it will save you if anything happen.
2) Diversity to generate your income – Diversity is the main key to stabilize your financial. Create and find various portfolio for that. Think about your age, if you nearing to retire, the risk is still in high.
3) Manage Your Debt – Manage all your debt payment carefully. Do not make any mistake on that. Do not miss any debt payment. Miss once it really hard to cover it back. Take the previous bad debt payment is good experience for you. Do not make it again. Keep in mind that you will likely have to take a serious look at your lifestyle and make appropriate changes to ensure you do not dig yourself out of debt only to find yourself back in debt from using credit cards or overspending.
Managing your finances does not have to be a game of chance, by using common sense and paying attention to where your money is coming from and going you should be able to stabilize your finances without much difficulty.
