Due current economic situation right now, more people are like renting a house rather then ownership. For landlord, it must curious for you to ensure your renter paying the rental fees. How to make safe for you and keep your tenant obey the rules of rental deal?
The most important document must be prepared by you. Write down the lease or rental agreement being upfront. Do not simply use a verbal agreement with the renter.
