Be sure to go to the proper department for the death certificate. Send all the document to your insurance agency. Get the receipt for ensure that your application is received by them.
Be prepared is you received any call from the Insurance adjuster. They must asking you many question especially on death case. Depending on the circumstances of the death, they need more information from you in order to process your claim.
